‘The Night Manager’: Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapurs' film is all about 'game of love and betrayal'

The trailer of Anil Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur’s upcoming series ‘The Night Manager’ has been unveiled. It is based on the acclaimed British spy series of the same name, starring Tom Hiddleston, Hugh Laurie, Olivia Colman, and Elizabeth Debicki.

Anil Kapoor shared the trailer on his social media and wrote, 'A dreaded arms dealer, a night manager and a dangerous game of love and betrayal - it’s showtime!'

The trailer opens with Aditiya's character finding himself trapped in the middle of a mountainous region and talking about entering the ‘depths of darkness’. It is followed by visuals of explosions and then the video cuts to introduce the cigar-smoking Shelly, played by Anil Kappor, who boasts that the Indian authorities can never catch him. Aditya is given a special duty to win the trust of Shelly in order to successfully catch him.

The Indian version of ‘The Night Manager’ is directed by Sandeep Modi, with Priyanka Ghosh serving as co-director. It also stars Tillotama Shome, Saswata Chatterjee, and Ravi Behl.

It will be released on Disney+ Hotstar on February 17.
