'The Archies' teaser: Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Agastya Nanda in retro coming of age tale | watch

The first look teaser of Zoya Akhtar's 'The Archies' was released during Netflix's annual Tudum event in Brazil. The film, which is an adaptation of stories from Archies Comics, marks the debut of Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor and Agastya Nanda.

The teaser opens with a train pulling into Riverdale, a hill station in India with anglo-Indian vibes. It then introduces the gang. The stars are seen dancing the night away and also going through ups and downs through love, friendship and heartbreak.Sharing the teaser of 'The Archies', the Netflix's social media account wrote, 'You've seen them in comics, books and in Riverdale - but this time around you'll see them in India! Set in the 60s, The Archies builds a world that's both familiar and new. Here's your first look.'

Besides Suhana, Khushi and Agastya, the film also marks the debut for Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Yuvraj Menda and Aditi Dot.

The release date of the movie hasn't been revealed yet.
