Taapsee Pannu makes 1st appearance post-wedding; Mallika Sherawat and Emraan Hashmi reunite | Watch

Film producer Anand Pandit’s daughter’s wedding reception in Mumbai was a star-studded affair, attended by Bollywood celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ayushmann Khurrana and Jackie Shroff.

After her private wedding with badminton player Mathias Boe, Taapsee made her first public appearance, clad in a red sari, concealing her chooras (red bangles) with a cloth. Adorned with gold danglers and sporting a bun, she happily posed for photographers, thanking them as they congratulated her.

When asked about her husband's absence, she jokingly replied, ‘Are you trying to get me into trouble?’

About Taapsee and Mathias

Taapsee Pannu and Danish badminton coach Mathias Boe first met at the inaugural Indian Badminton League in 2013. Their relationship grew from there, and after their families met, love blossomed. Although Taapsee mostly kept her love life private, she did mention in an interview that they started chatting on X (formerly Twitter) before meeting in person.

Emraan and Mallika reunite

Twenty years after starring together in Anurag Basu's blockbuster romance ‘Murder,’ Emraan Hashmi and Mallika Sherawat were spotted posing together at the wedding. Emraan donned a white shirt and black suit, while Mallika looked elegant in a pink gown. They were also seen reconnecting inside the wedding venue.

Among the other celebrities at the wedding were Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra, Ameesha Patel, Rajkummar Rao, Patralekha, Rakesh Roshan, Manoj Bajpayee, Pratik Gandhi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Adah Sharma, Avika Gor, Tanisha Mukherjee, and Neil Nitin Mukesh.

Shah Rukh Khan looked stylish in a black sherwani as he posed with the bride's father. Earlier in the day, he greeted fans from the balcony of his home Mannat wearing a white kurta for Eid.

Anand Pandit, known for producing films like ‘Total Dhamaal’ (2019) and ‘PM Narendra Modi’ (2019), among others, was dressed in an all-black suit as he posed with his family, including daughter Aishwarya and son-in-law Sahil. He is also a distributor under his company, Anand Pandit Motion Pictures.
