‘Stree 2’: Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkumar Rao & Pankaj Tripathi begin shoot; here’s when movie will release

The shooting for ‘Stree 2’, starring Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkumar Rao, and Pankaj Tripathi, has commenced. The news was shared by the makers on July 11 with a short clip.
‘Stree 2’ is being filmed in Chanderi, Madhya Pradesh once again. The cast recently met for the script reading sessions.

Sharing the news on social media, Rajkumar Rao wrote, ‘Ek baar phir चंदेरी में फैला aatank! स्त्री २ filming begins! Aa rahi hai woh- August 2024!

Reacting to his post, fans said that they can’t wait for the sequel. Many users even dropped fire emojis in the comment section.

Makers of the upcoming horror comedy officially announced their film at a grand event in Mumbai in April where the team enacted a skit to announce the release date of the sequel.
‘Stree 2’ will be released in August 2024.

‘Stree’ was released in 2018 and was declared a huge hit.

Rajkummar and Aparshakti Khurrana also had a cameo in Varun Dhawan’s horror comedy film ‘Bhediya’, which was released in November 2022. The makers of ‘Bhediya’ have also announced the sequel of the film.
