Over its sixth weekend, the film amassed ₹13 crore, making it the highest grossing Hindi film during its sixth week, breaking a record previously held by Uri: The Surgical Strike for over five years. With a total collection of ₹565 crore to date, Stree 2 is projected to reach approximately ₹580 crore by the end of its theatrical run.

On National Cinema Day, 'Stree 2' emerged as the top choice among Indian audience, maintaining its strong performance even after ticket prices returned to their regular rates. the film surpassed the ₹800 crore mark globally on its sixth Friday and is expected to finish its run just shy of ₹850 crore, solidifying its position as the sixth highest-grossing Indian film worldwide since the onset of pandemic.

The film's producers are set to earn over ₹350 crore, emphasizing its status as one of the most successful Indian films in history. The box office collections have been impressive throughout its run, with week one bringing in ₹292 crore, followed by ₹140 crore in week two, ₹66 crore in week three, ₹32 crore in week four, and ₹22.5 crore in week five. During the sixth weekend, 'Stree 2' continued to perform well, earning ₹4.75 crore on Friday, ₹3.5 crore on Saturday, and ₹4.75 crore on Sunday.
