Sonam Kapoor shares a glimpse of her London home decorated for 'chic' dinner party

Sonam shared a glimpse of her first Mother's Day with son Vayu on Sunday. Mother's Day is celebrated in the United Kingdom on March 19.

Sonam posted a video of her room decorated with silver foil balloons and as well as the books gifted by her husband Anand for the occasion.'Best husband in the world, Anand Ahuja,' Sonam captioned the video.

While heart-shaped balloons were seen in a corner near the bed, silver foil balloons with the word 'mama' written on them were placed on Sonam's bed, along with other gifts.

Sonam Kapoor also posted photos from the dinner party at her London home on Instagram Stories on Monday. One of the photos showed a lovely tablescape with yellow taper candles and a plethora of tiny and large vases filled with colorful flowers. Glass candles and green and red crockery were also used to decorate the dinner table. Sonam and Anand created a special menu of pan-seared fish, roasted hispi cabbage, and a chicken dish for the evening. 'Unexpected Sunday eve, so chic. Sonam and Anand married in May 2018 and welcomed son Vayu Kapoor Ahuja on August 20, 2022. Sonam moved to London after marriage, and now spends her time between Mumbai and London. Sonam was last seen in the Netflix film 'AK vs AK' (2020). She will next be seen in the Hindi film 'Blind' directed by Shome Makhija.
