Sonam Kapoor's Boho-themed baby shower to be designed by BFF Masaba Gupta, says report

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja are all set to embrace parenthood soon. Earlier, a Pinkvilla report mentioned that the actor's parents Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor will be hosting a grand baby shower for her on July 17 at her aunt Kavita Singh's bungalow Rockdale in Bandra. It is the same location where the couple tied the knot in 2018.

Now, a recent Pinkvilla report confirms that Sonam’s best friend and designer Masaba Gupta will be designing the boho-themed baby shower. The duo has been friends since childhood and they share a great bond.

The baby shower will be a star-studded affair. The guest's list includes family members Arjun Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor and Mohit Marwah. Swara Bhasker, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt are also among those who have been invited for the event.

A floral-themed baby shower was organized for Sonam in London in June. Pictures from the celebration were shared by the actor on her Instagram account.

Sonam and Anand announced their pregnancy in March this year.
