The big day is here! Sonakshi Sinha is set to exchange vows with the love of her life, Zaheer Iqbal and fans are glued to social media to get all the updates. Ahead of the wedding, the bride-to-be performed a pooja with mother Poonam Sinha. Several pictures and videos from the Sinha residence have surfaced on social media.

Pre-wedding pooja at The Ramayana

Sonakshi Sinha offered prayers ahead of her new journey. In the viral pictures, the ‘Heeramandi’ actor was seen wearing a navy blue suit with a light blue dupatta. She was accompanied by her mother Poonam Sinha who was seen performing pooja rituals in another clip. Sonakshi’s father, Shatrughan Sinha, also attended the ceremony. The veteran actor-politician wore a denim shirt and matching pants.

The mother-daughter duo posed for the cameras and smiled brightly as they walked out of the room. While the bride-to-be was her quirky self, her mother folded hands and greeted the paparazzi who congratulated the family.

Huma Qureshi spotted at Sonakshi’s residence

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s ‘Double XL’ co-star, Huma Qureshi who is also their close friend, was also spotted at Sonakshi’s residence with her brother Saqib Saleem.

Manisha Koirala sends gifts to bride-to-be

Meanwhile, Sonakshi’s ‘Heeramandi’ co-star, Manisha Koirala, sent flowers and gifts for the actor. A video clip showed a person carrying the gifts inside Sonakshi’s house.

According to reports, Sonakshi and Zaheer will tie the knot today. It will reportedly be a registered marriage after which they will have a reception at Mumbai’s ‘Bastian’.
