'Shamshera' first look out on Ranbir Kapoor’s birthday: Actor looks fierce & intense

The makers of 'Shamshera' released a new poster of the film, on Ranbir Kapoor's 39th birthday.
The poster shows a long-haired Ranbir in a fierce avatar, his eyes with an intense look. The text on the poster reads, "A legend will rise".

Earlier, Ranbir Kapoor's rustic look from 'Shamshera' went viral, the actor was clicked on the sets of the film, where he was clad in a vest and a dhoti.

'Shamshera' is reportedly set in the 1800s and chronicles the story of a dacoit tribe fighting for their rights and independence from the British.

Directed by Karan Malhotra, 'Shamshera' has been produced by Yash Raj Films. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor in pivotal roles. The film is scheduled to release on March 18, 2022.

This is Ranbir’s first film after the 2018 release 'Sanju', which was a Sanjay Dutt biopic with the actor in the titular role.
