‘Shaitaan’ trailer: Ajay Devgn must fight with his life against Madhavan’s ‘Shaitaan’

After revealing intriguing looks of the characters in posters, the makers of Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan starrer ‘Shaitaan’ have released the trailer of upcoming film. The trailer is enough to give chills to the viewers and has raised massive anticipation among fans.

About ‘Shaitaan’ trailer

The trailer starts with R Madhavan entering Ajay Devgn’s house. He promises to leave within 15 minutes after charging his phone, but his intentions are clearly different. Joythika Saravanan, who plays Ajay’s wife, is alarmed and asks her husband to drag the stranger out of their house. Ajay Devgn does try to do so, but not before it is too late. His daughter, played by Janki Bodiwala, appears to be hypnotised by Madhavan’s ‘Shaitaan’ and follows his instructions. In one scene, she slaps her father as ‘Shaitaan’ asks her to. In the remaining video, Ajay and Jyothika are shown fighting with everything they have, to free their daughter from Madhavan.

Ajay does remind of ‘Drishyam’ as he looks determined to protect his family with his life. On the other hand, Madhavan does complete justice as he looks daunting enough to give the audience goosebumps. Joythika Saravanan and Janki Bodiwala’s performances also look impressive in the trailer.

Packed with talented star cast, the film is directed by Vikas Bahl. ‘Shaitaan’ is the official Hindi remake of Vash, a Gujarati horror thriller. The film will hit the theatres on March 8.
