Shahid Kapoor reacts to video of fans dancing to ‘Mauja Mauja’ at theatres, says ‘Too special’

'Jab We Met', starring Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor, is back in theatres as PVR Cinemas is hosting a specially curated ‘Valentine’s Day Film Festival’ across 25 cities in India. The audience can’t contain their excitement after rewatching this blockbuster film. Now, a video of several fans dancing to the song ‘Mauja Mauja’ from the Imtiaz Ali directorial is being widely shared on the internet.

A moviegoer shared a video from the theatre on Twitter and wrote, ‘After almost 16yrs #JabWeMet in #ValentinesWeek is running housefull without any promotions in social media, speaks volume of a cult romantic comedy. @shahidkapoor bro do check reactions of public in theatre, u will love it.’

Now, Shahid has reacted to it. Resharing the video, he wrote, ‘Too special ‘ alongside heart emojis. He also reshared another video and wrote, 'Wow thank you’

Apart from ‘Jab We Met’, films like ‘Titanic’, ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’, ‘Tamasha’ and others were also re-released.

On the work front, Shahid Kapoor recently made his digital debut with ‘Farzi’, co-starring Vijay Sethupathi, Kay Kay Menon, Bhuvan Arora, and Raashii Khanna. He also has collaborated with director Ali Abbas Zafar for an action-entertainer film.
