Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hegde starrer ‘Deva’ gets postponed, will now release on this date

Get ready for an action packed entertaining cop drama. Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hegde starrer ‘Deva’ has completed the shoot and there is a big update from the makers. The much-anticipated film has a new release date now and the makers have also unveiled a new look of Shahid Kapoor’s character from the film.

‘Deva’ new release date

Makers released the first look of Shahid Kapoor last year and finally the film has a release date. Taking to Instagram, Shahid Kapoor shared the release date for his upcoming film. “Get ready for a VIOLENT VALENTINE’S DAY DEVA’, releasing in theatres on 14th Feb 2025!” The film release has been postponed after earlier being slated for release on October 11, 2024.

Shahid also shared an intriguing new look from the action entertainer. The picture features him wearing a suit with POLICE written on it and holding a gun. Shahid flaunted his ripped physique and looked fierce with short hair and dark glasses in the rebel cop avatar.

Team ‘Deva’ announced its shoot wrap-up nearly a week back on July 9. The cast and crew cut a cake and had a wrap-up party.

Directed by Roshhan Andrrews, ‘Deva’ is produced by Roy Kapur Films and backed up Zee Studios. Shahid will play a rebellious cop while Pooja Hegde will be seen playing a scribe. The film also features Pavail Gulati and Kubbra Sait in key roles.

Shahid Kapoor was last seen in ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ which performed decently on box office.
