Shah Rukh Khan calls ‘The Elephant Whisperers’ and ‘RRR’s Oscar wins ‘truly inspirational’

Actor Shah Rukh Khan congratulated the teams of ‘RRR’ and ‘The Elephant Whisperers’ after their historic wins at the Oscars 2023 and called both the films ‘truly inspirational’. ‘RRR's song ‘Naatu Naatu’ won the Best Original Song award, and ‘The Elephant Whisperers’ took home the trophy for Best Documentary Short Film.

The song ‘Naatu Naatu’, which has become a global sensation, features Ram Charan and Jr NTR in a dance-off with a group of Britishers in the film. It was performed by the at the Oscars
‘The Elephant Whisperers’, directed by debutante Kartiki Gonsalves and produced by Guneet Monga, became the maiden Indian production to win in the category.
