Salman Khan joins MS Dhoni's midnight birthday celebration, wishes 'Kaptaan Sahab' with sweet pic

Former Indian Cricket Team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni's birthday bash was attended by Salman Khan. The Bollywood superstar joined the latter's midnight celebrations and took to social media to share a sweet birthday note for him.

Salman wishes 'Kaptan Sahab'

Salman took to his Instagram account to pen a birthday note for Dhoni. He also shared a picture from the cricketer's midnight celebrations. In the photo, Salman looked at Dhoni as he cut the cake. Sharing the picture, Salman wrote, “Happy Birthday Kaptaan Sahab (captain!) @mahi7781.” For the occasion, Salman opted for a black shirt and pants, while the birthday boy went for a printed white T-shirt and trousers.

In another video shared on X, Salman Khan is seen standing alongside Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his wife, Sakshi Dhoni as the cricketer cuts the cake. Dhoni is then seen feeding Salman some cake.

Salman Khan's upcoming films

On the film front, Salman Khan will next be seen in A.R. Murugadoss-directed 'Sikandar'. Touted as an aerial action, thriller the film has been backed by Nadiadwala Grandson. Recently, the makers welcomed Sathyaraj and Prateik Babbar onboard. 'Sikandar' is slated for an Eid 2025 release. The film went on floors on June 19, with makers dropping a BTS pic which also revealed Salman's sharp look for the film. After wrapping up 'Sikandar', Salman is expected to begin shooting for 'Tiger vs Pathan' with Shah Rukh Khan.
