Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty are set to return to the big screen with 'Sigham Again'. The video saw him reflecting on the inception of his Cop Universe 13 years ago and his '33 years of brotherhood' with Ajay Devgn.

Rohit celebrates 'Singham' and 'Brotherhood'

Rohit Shetty's 'Singham' starring Ajay Devgn as a non-nonsense cop, was released 13 years ago on July 22, 2011. The film's second instalment 'Singham Returns' came out in 2014, and the third part, 'Singham Again', will arrive in theatres this Diwali. To celebrate the anniversary of the superhit franchise which also marked the beginning of his now-acclaimed Cop Universe, Shetty took to Instagram to share a montage which traced his and Ajay's journey together thus far.

“Today we complete 13 years of Singham and look at the magic of destiny. Today we also wrap Singham Again with Ajay sir. This is my 13th film with him as a director but the journey began back in the 90s when I was working under him. 33 years later we are still going strong. See you at the cinemas this Diwali.” Rohit captioned the post, “13 years of 'Singham', 33 years of brotherhood @ajaydevgn #SinghamAgain.”

About Singham Again

'Singham Again' is the fifth instalment in the Cop Universe and a sequel to 'Singham Returns'. This is the third film in the hit 'Singham' franchise, which sees Ajay in the titular role. The film was announced in September 2017 under the working title 'Singham 3'. The official title was announced in December 2022. It will see the return of Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singham.
