Ranbir Kapoor undergoes major transformation for ‘Ramayana’, trainer shares pic

Ranbir Kapoor is known to give his all for his films. The actor has been riding high on the success of his last release ‘Animal’ and is gearing up for his next. While the audience got to see Ranbir’s muscle power in ‘Animal’, the actor has gone a massive transformation for his role in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’.

Ranbir’s trainer shares pics

Celebrity fitness trainer, Shivohaam, posted pictures featuring Ranbir Kapoor. The pictures showed Ranbir’s tough training throughout years and transformation from his ‘Animal’ character to now for ‘Ramayana’. The 41-year-old actor is seen sweating it out in the gym to get in the right shape for his character.

The fitness trainer also revealed that it was all hard work over a period of 3 plus years. “It was all hard work over three-plus years. Nothing is ever achieved by taking shortcuts in life. Clarity and a vision of the end goal with a properly planned and structured program to reach that goal is essential (sic),” the fitness trainer wrote in the caption.

Earlier, Ranbir’s personal trainer Nam had posted a picture of Ranbir Kapoor doing his first headstand. Besides, there were also pictures of Ranbir with an archery coach. The reports said that the actor was taking archery lessons for the role of Lord Ram.

About Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’

The makers are expected to make an official announcement on Ram Navami about the official cast and shooting. While Ranbir Kapoor has been cast for the role of Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi will play Sita and South Superstar Yash will portray the role of ‘Ravana’. The film will also star Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Arun Govil, Ravi Dubey as per the reports. The film is scheduled to release in 2025.
