Ranbir Kapoor is 'done with Brahmastra promotions', says Alia Bhatt lost her voice singing 'Kesariya'

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have tirelessly been promoting their film 'Brahmastra', but now it seems that the former is done with the promotions. Alia Bhatt took to Instagram and shared a hilarious video in which her husband can be seen venting out over a phone call when as to return for promotions as 'Brahmastra' is all set to release on OTT platform Disney + Hotstar.

In the promotional ad, Ranbir is heard saying, `Nahi bhai hogaya (No, brother, it's over). I'm done. I'm done with Brahmastra promotions, I'm done with Ayan Mukerji. Brahmastra is coming on Disney+ Hostar, which means what? Promotions, more promotions and more promotions? Itna toh Alia ne film mein ‘Shiva Shiva’ nahi bola hoga (Alia might have not said Shiva as many times as promotions in the film).

Frustrated Ranbir then added, 'What should I do now? Go to everyone’s house and request every individual to watch the film on Disney+ Hotstar and say ‘Light is coming, light is coming?’ Light has come! Happy Diwali. Brahmastra is a monster hit! And what does Ayan think, that I have no life beyond Brahmastra’s promotions? I am going to become a father soon, such a big moment in my life…'

The video ends with Ranbir receiving a call from Ayan Mukerji, who requests the actor to indulge in the promotions. The actor agrees to his demands, disconnects the call and beats himself up with a pillow kept aside.

Sharing the video, Alia wrote, 'Hard facts.' Fans are enjoying this hilarious video. Actor Arjun Kapoor also dropped laughing emojis in the comments section.

'Brahmastra' will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on November 4 this year. The film emerged as one of the biggest hits of the year and earned over Rs 400 crore in 25 days.
