RanAlia and DeepVeer set to move in new homes; Know all about their luxurious abodes

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are all set to welcome their first baby in September. The couple is making sure to prepare well in advance and provide the best for their child. According to reports, Deepika and Ranveer are planning to move to Bandra.

DeepVeer’s new home is a sea-facing quadruple apartment, and the building stands next to Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow ‘Mannat’. The luxurious property spans across 11,266 square feet of interior space and an additional 1,300 square feet of terrace space.

The entire property reportedly consists of four floors, from 16th-19th. While the new residence of Bollywood’s power couple is almost ready, it’s estimated value is over Rs 100 crore.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor:

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are another celebrity couple planning to soon move into their dream home. Named after Raj Kapoor and his wife Krishna, the Krishna Raj Bungalow is located at Pali Hill in Bandra, Mumbai.

The luxurious property has been undergoing renovation for the last few years and is now almost ready. Ranbir and Alia are often spotted with their daughter Raha at the site, overseeing the ongoing work at the bungalow.

The bungalow was originally purchased by Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in the year 1980. The entire property is reportedly worth Rs 250 crore which makes it one of the most expensive properties in Mumbai.
