Ram Temple inauguration: From Amitabh Bachchan to Alia & Katrina, celebs set to reach Ayodhya

Ayodhya is all set to witness the historic Pran Prathistha ceremony today. Ahead of the monumental event, our favourite B-town celebrities reached Mumbai's Kalina airport to depart for Ayodhya. From Amitabh Bachchan to Ayushmann Khurrana and Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor to Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal, many are currently en route to witness the glorious milestone. Also spotted leaving for the event were Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan, who left for the temple city from Hyderabad earlier today.

Amitabh Bachchan leaves for Ayodhya

Before the Ram Mandir inauguration ceremony on Monday morning, Amitabh Bachchan was seen heading to Ayodhya when he was photographed by paparazzi at the Mumbai airport. In a video that went viral on social media, Big B could be seen heading to the airport while sporting a beige jacket and kurta pajamas.

Katrina-Vicky en route to Ayodhya

Along with a number of other celebrities, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have also been invited. For the event, the couple chose to dress up in traditional outfits. Before heading inside the airport, the lovebirds were seen posing for the papas.

Alia-Ranbir jet set with Rohit Shetty

Bollywood power couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were spotted leaving the private airport in Kalina in their traditional best attire in order to catch their early flight. Director Rohit Shetty was also seen accompanying the duo.

Madhuri Dixit joined by husband

Madhuri Dixit and her husband, Dr. Sriram Nene, were also spotted leaving for the ceremony in the wee hours of Monday. The actor looked stunning in a yellow saree, while her husband played her perfect plus one in traditional attire.

Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi depart for Ayodhya

Ram Charan and Megastar Chiranjeevi have also left for Adyodhya. They were spotted at the Hyderabad airport in traditional outfits ahead of the Ram Mandir inauguration.

Ayushmann Khurrana

Ayushmann Khurrana was also seen leaving for the holy city to witness the glorious event. He was seen in a traditonal outfit as she departed from the Mumbai airport.

Among other celebs who are in Ayodhya include Rajinikanth, Kangana Ranaut, Anupam Kher, and Madhur Bhandarkar. Meanwhile, earlier today, veteran actor Anupam Kher was seen offering prayers at Hanuman Garhi temple.
