Ram Charan says the opening scene for ‘RRR’ was shot in 35 days: Akshay Kumar finishes a movie in 40 days

Actor Ram Charan recently attended the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit 2022 along with Akshay Kumar and talked about his superhit film ‘RRR’.

When questioned about the famous opening scene of the SS Rajamouli directorial, Ram Charan said that Akshay usually completes a movie in 40 days, but only the opening scene of ‘RRR’ was shot in 35 days. He also mentioned that they had to work with nearly 3000 to 4000 people in the dust. Ram Charan said he has had a dust allergy since childhood and he even underwent sinus surgery.

‘Certain movies will finish in that much time, Akshay sir finished a movie in 40 days or so I heard,’ Ram Charan said.

He added, ‘We shot the scene for 35 days with nearly 3000 to 4000 people. I have had a dust allergy since childhood, in fact, I had even undergone sinus surgery. Look at my fate, I had to work in dust for 35 days.’

The ‘RRR' star also talked about Akshay Kumar and called his body of work an inspiration during the session. The duo later danced to the iconic song ‘Tu cheez badi hai mast mast’ from Akshay’s movie ‘Mohra’ and delighted the audience.
