Actor Bobby Deol has been garnering immense praise for his role in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’ from fans and celebrity friends.

Now, veteran actor Dharmendra has appreciated his son's performance.

He captioned the post, ‘My talented Bob.’

Earlier, brother-actor Sunny Deol, in an Instagram post, expressed pride in his 'little brother', praising his performance and extending best wishes for the film's success.

Esha Deol also took to social media, commending Bobby's compelling performance.

‘Animal’ is a revenge drama centred around a tumultuous father-son relationship, portrayed by Anil Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor, respectively.

The movie gained massive traction upon its release on December 1.

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the film stormed the box office, smashing records by earning a staggering ₹116 crore worldwide on its opening day.

Surpassing the ₹200 crore milestone in India alone, it amassed around ₹70 crore nett on Sunday and crossed ₹230 crore globally in just two days.

The storyline revolves around the complex dynamics between a father and his furious son, with Rashmika Mandanna playing Ranbir's wife in the narrative.

Originally slated for an August release, ‘Animal’ altered its schedule, avoiding clashes with other significant releases like Sunny Deol's ‘Gadar 2’ and Akshay Kumar's ‘OMG 2.’

However, it now faces competition from Vicky Kaushal's ‘Sam Bahadur.’

The Deol family's united front in supporting Bobby Deol's stellar performance in ‘Animal’ has echoed across social media, amplifying the film's success and reception.
