National Awards: Alia Bhatt responds to ‘neighbour’ Kriti Sanon’s post; says ‘meet soon so Ranbir can…’

Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon were honoured with the Best Actress National Award in New Delhi on October 17 for their movies, ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ and ‘Mimi’ respectively.

Kriti recently took to Instagram Stories and shared an adorable picture in which she is seen embracing Alia. The two were all smiles as they posed for the camera.

Kriti captioned her post, ‘Aliaaaa! @aliaabhatt Our smiles say it all! Will remember our moment we shared just before getting on stage’. She further mentioned that the photo was clicked by Alia’s actor-husband Ranbir Kapoor.

‘Ranbir did click a cute pic haan!,’ Kriti wrote.

Alia has now re-shared Kriti’s story and confirmed that the ‘Mimi’ actress is her new ‘neighbour’.

In July, reports stated that Kriti is house hunting in Mumbai.

Confirming the same, Alia wrote, ‘Congratulation mimi…yesterday was so much more special cause of the moment we shared..lots of love neighbour..meet soon so Ranbir can take more pictures of us haha’.

Another video from the event surfaced online in which Alia and Kriti were seen greeting each other post the ceremony. In the same clip, Ranbir Kapoor also hugged Kriti and congratulated her on the win.

Alia Bhatt was last seen in Karan Johar’s ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani’ alongside Ranveer Singh. She is currently shooting for her next ‘Jigra’.

Meanwhile, Kriti Sanon will soon be seen in ‘Ganapath’ alongside Tiger Shroff and Amitabh Bachchan. She also has ‘The Crew’ and ‘Do Patti’ in the pipeline.
