Mahesh Bhatt’s birthday: Alia Bhatt has ‘FOMO’ as siblings Pooja, Shaheen and Rahul pose together

Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt turned a year older on September 20 and the family got together to celebrate his special day in the evening. His daughters Pooja Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt and son Rahul Bhatt were seen in a joyous mood as they partied together. Alia Bhatt missed out on the bash as she is presently in Italy for a Gucci event.

Taking to Instagram, Pooja shared a photo with Shaheen and Rahul from the party. Alia expressed her sadness at not being present at the party and commented, ‘Fomooooooooo’ on the post. Pooja replied, ‘@aliaabhatt You were missed.’

The party was also attended by ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’ finalist and Pooja’s good friend Bebika Dhurve. Mithun Chakraborty’s son Namashi Chakraborty also joined in for the celebration.

Earlier in the day, Alia Bhatt took to social media to wish her father. She shared a childhood photo with him and wrote, ‘to the moon and back.. love you papa.. happy birthday my wise man.’

Shaheen also shared throwback pictures and wrote, ‘Always. Best friend, happy birthday’.

Pooja, on the other hand, penned a heartfelt note and wrote, ‘To the man who gave me roots,wings, the courage to stand on my own feet,walk alone & unabashedly be myself.. ‘A real guru,if there is one,frees you from himself.’ That was the understanding that UG Krishnamurti instilled in him and what he reinstates to me & countless others day after day.. Happy 75’TH Pops! Gratitude to you & my mother for bringing me into this world. And for re-birthing me through the gift of sobriety by simply saying to me “If you love me,then love yourself’.’
