‘Made In Heaven 2’ coming soon: Zoya Akhtar announces weddings are about to get ‘2X grander’

Director Zoya Akhtar has announced that ‘Made In Heaven’ season 2 will be released on Prime Video soon.

Fans are waiting with bated breaths for the return of the critically acclaimed series.

Sharing the new poster of the series on Instagram, Zoya Akhtar wrote, ‘The weddings, the drama and the chaos are about to get 2X (times) grander.’

Sobhita Dhulipala and the rest of the cast also shared the poster.

Prime Video also shared the poster on Instagram, and wrote, ‘Can we just take a moment and say, oh, MIH (Made In Heaven) God?!!! Made In Heaven season 2, coming soon’.

The poster features a bouquet of dead roses in a ravaged venue for a wedding celebration.

The first season of ‘Made In Heaven’ premiered in 2019.

The Emmy-nominated drama, produced by Excel Media and Entertainment and Tiger Baby, stars Sobhita Dhulipala, Arjun Mathur, Kalki Koechlin, Shashank Arora, Shivani Raghuvanshi, Jim Sarbh, and many others.

The series showcases the lives of two wedding planners Karan and Tara as they navigate through various ups and downs in life.

In season 2, Sobhita and Arjun will continue to plan extravagant weddings with Shashank and Shivangi, and others.

‘Made In Heaven 2’ will have some new faces, such as Ishwak Singh and Trinetra.
