'Liger': When Mike Tyson almost forgot about his role in the film 

Mike Tyson’s cameo in Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer ‘Liger’ grabbed everyone’s attention and fans were eagerly waiting to see the legendary boxer display his acting skills in the movie. However, it seems that back in Las Vegas, Tyson had forgotten about his role in the recently release film.

A video from the recording of a podcast ‘Hotboxin With Mike Tyson’ surfaced online in which Tyson seems to be under influence. When he questioned about his part in a Bollywood film, the dazed looking boxer replied, ‘I don’t know.’

Later they are seen googling about it to know what Tyson will be doing in India. Someone asked ‘What is a Liger?’ to which the boxer replies it is a mix between lion and tiger. They continue talking about the animal and discussing its physical features. The podcast hosts then decide to watch the trailer of the film, which they later realise is fake and made by a fan.

The video seems to be from the early days of the project. The former heavyweight boxing champion joined the shooting of ‘Liger’ in November.

The movie released in theatres on August25, 2022 and received mixed response from the audience.
