'Liger' trailer launch: Ranveer Singh mocks Vijay Deverakonda, Ananya Panday also joins him

Ranveer Singh joined the 'Liger' actors Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday as the chief guest at the trailer launch event of their forthcoming film. The trailer of the Puri Jagannadh directorial was released on July 21 morning.

During the event, the actors also shared some funny moments. Pulling Deverakonda's leg, Ranveer mocked the 'Liger' actor for stepping out in chappals. He jokingly added that it looks as if Vijay has come on the trailer launch of his film and vice versa.

Ranveer sported a black T-shirt and trousers paired with a silver-grey jacket and boots.

Furthermore, Ranveer even compared Vijay to John Abraham, who is often seen in slippers at events.

Vijay Deverakonda opted for a casual look for the promotional event and looked dapper. While his co-star Ananya Panday was seen sporting a black ensemble and looked absolutely stunning.

Ranveer Singh also exchanged his T-shirt with the 'Liger' actor and also grooved with him on the film's track 'Akdi Pakdi'.

Vijay plays an underdog fighter in the action film while Ananya plays his love interest.

'Liger' is scheduled to release in theatres on August 25, 2022 in theatres.
