‘Liger’ promotions ‘on track’: Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda board the Mumbai local

Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda have been busy promoting their film ‘Liger’ ever since its trailer was unveiled. The stars boarded the local Mumbai train on Friday to reach a location for the promotion of their upcoming film. Ananya shared a picture with Vijay on social media in which he is lying down on the seat and resting his head on her lap. In other images, she is posing while holding on to a hanging strap. ‘LIGER promotions are "on track" let's go boyzzzzzz,’ she wrote.

The ‘Khaali Peeli’ actor opted for a bright yellow crop top and jeans, while Vijay wore a casual graphic t-shirt and jeans.

Earlier today, the second song from the film, titled ‘Waat Laga Denge’ was unveiled.

The ‘Liger’ stars featured on ‘Koffee With Karan 7’ on Thursday and made several revelations about their love life and their journey in the film industry so far.

‘Liger’, directed by Puri Jagannadh, stars Vijay as a boxer with speech impairment, while Ananya is his love interest. The film, backed by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, also stars Ramya Krishnan in a pivotal role. It releases in theatres on August 25.
