‘Koffee With Karan’: Aditya Roy Kapur addresses rumours about dating Ananya Panday; says she’s ‘pure joy’

Actor Aditya Roy Kapur, who appeared on ‘Koffee With Karan’ Season 8 along with fellow actor Arjun Kapoor, addressed the rumours of him dating Ananya Panday. The actor couldn’t stop blushing as the host questioned him about Ananya Panday.

The show began by Karan throwing the inevitable question at Aditya. ‘Let’s address the elephant in the room. Rumour has it that you are dating Ananya Panday,’ Karan told Aditya.

‘Karan, you said on your show, ‘Ask me no secrets and I’ll tell you no lies. I remember this,’ Aditya wittily responded.

When Karan informed Aditya that Ananya said on his show she was feeling ‘very Ananya Coy Kapur,’ the ‘Night Manager’ star replied, ‘And I am Aditya Joy Kapur as of now.’

‘You mean you’re joyously in a situationship?’ Karan asked Aditya.

‘I’m quite joyous,’ Aditya replied and added that Ananya is a ‘pure joy’ and ‘bliss’.

In Aditya’s rapid fire round, Karan asked him ‘What would you do if you were stuck in a lift with Shraddha Kapoor and Ananya Panday.’ Arjun gave a reply and said, ‘Aashiqui toh karta, par kisse woh pata nahi.’

When Aditya amusingly looked at Arjun, the ‘2 States’ actor said, ‘I am joking’ in Chunky Panday’s famous ‘Aakhri Pasta’ style and Aditya failed to get the reference.

After Aditya won the hamper for rapid fire round, Arjun said, ‘There could be some Aakhri Pasta inside.’ Replying to this, Aditya said, ‘Maybe, let’s see.’

Arjun looked at Karan and said, ‘He doesn’t even know that.’ Karan said, ‘You will have Aakhri pasta with Ananya after she sees this episode because you have not done adequate research on her daddy dearest.’ Karan and Arjun teased Aditya for not knowing enough about his rumored girlfriend’s dad.

Ananya Panday and Aditya Roy Kapur have reportedly been dating for a while now. The couple is often spotted together at events and on vacations.
