‘Koffee With Karan 8’: Sara Ali Khan confirms not dating Shubman Gill; Ananya Panday is ‘Gumraah’ in love

Filmmaker Karan Johar is all set to welcome Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday as guests in the third episode of his popular chat show ‘Koffee With Karan 8’. In the latest promo for the upcoming episode, the stars are seen delving into their personal and professional lives.

Sara, who has been linked with Indian batsman Shubman Gill for a very long time, opened up about her link-up rumours and said, ‘You have got the wrong Sara, guys. Sara ka sara duniya galat Sara ke peechay pada hai (the whole world is after the wrong Sara)’.

Shubman is said to be dating Sara Tendulkar, according to multiple media reports.

During the rapid-fire section, Karan asked Sara about one thing that Ananya has which she doesn’t. Sara cleverly replied, ‘A night manager’, referring to Aditya Roy Kapur’s role in and as ‘The Night Manager’.

When Karan asked Ananya how she has been managing her nights, the actor replied, ‘Aashiqui aisi hoti hai but…’ She then stopped abruptly and told herself to stop talking.

Sara on dating a cricketer

In an interview, when Sara Ali Khan was asked if she would be open to marrying a cricketer just like her grandmother Sharmila Tagore, she said, ‘I think that the kind of person that I am, to find somebody it doesn’t matter what they do — actor, cricketer, businessman, doctor… Maybe not doctors, they will run away. But you know the truth is that jokes apart, you will need to match me on the mental and intellectual level. And if you can do that, I think it’s great, wow but I think that would matter to me much, much more (than the profession).’
