KK's final journey: Hariharan, other celebrities pay their respects to the late singer at his Mumbai home

Celebrities and family friends are paying their tributes to late singer KK at his residence in Mumbai. Playback singer Hariharan was among the first ones to reach his home to pay final respects. Singer Javed Ali was also seen being rushed inside by security. Singer Rekha Bhardwaj was accompanied by her husband, filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj.

Singers Abhijeet Bhattacharya, Shreya Ghoshal, Alka Yagnik, Salim Merchant, and Raghav Sachar were among other celebrities who bid goodbye to the eminent singer.

In a career spanning over three decades, KK had won many hearts with his songs.

His last rites will be held at Versova Hindu Cemetery.

KK died after a performance at Kolkata's Nazrul Mancha auditorium on May 31. The intial post-mortem report claims the singer died of a cardiac arrest.

He is best known for popular songs like 'Pal,' 'Yaaron,' and 'Khuda Jaane.'
