Kartik Aaryan thanks Kangana Ranaut for praising him, says 'I have been fan of her work'

Actor Kartik Aaryan has expressed his gratitude to filmmaker-actor Kangana Ranaut for appreciating him. At Zee Cine 2023 awards, he reacted to ‘Queen’ actor’s comments where she praised him for following his own path and being a self-made star. He said, 'It is a huge compliment when it comes from someone like her, so thank you so much.'

Earlier, during an #askkangana session on Twitter, Kangana was asked if she admires Kartik. She replied, 'Kartik is self-made and follows his own path, he is not a part of any camp or group, he is cool.'

Meanwhile, Kartik also celebrated his victory at the Zee Cine awards by sharing a post on social media. He won Best Actor in the leading role for 'Bhool Bhuliyaa 2'. He captioned his post, ‘My First BEST ACTOR in a Leading Role Mehnat ka phal meetha hota hai #RoohBaba will always be special.’

He added, 'Thank you @zeecineawards and to the entire team of BhoolBhulaiyaa2. Thank you to my Audiences for Showering me with all your love. I promise to keep you entertained !!'

On the work front, Kartik Aaryan was last seen in ‘Shehzada’, co-starring Kriti Sanon. He has multiple projects in the pipeline including ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ with Kiara Advani, ‘Captain India’ and ‘Aashiqui 3’.

Kangana has recently wrapped up the shooting schedule of her political drama 'Emergency'. She also has 'Tejas' in the pipeline which is scheduled to release in theatres in May 2023. She will also be donning the producer’s hat for ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’, starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur.
