Kartik Aaryan & Kriti Sanon begin shooting for 'Shehzada'

Actor Kartik Aaryan has started work on much-anticipated film, 'Shehzada, Duniya ka Sabse Gareeb Prince'.

The film is a remake of the Telugu film 'Ala Vaikunthpurramuloo', and Kartik is set to fill the shoes of Allu Arjun who essayed the lead role in the original film.

The actor posted an update on Instagram, giving fans a glimpse of the first look. The photo shows him holding a clapboard with 'Shehzada' written on it, and looks like shooting has begun at a palace of sorts.
Kartik captioned his post with a single word, 'shuru'.

Kartik's leading lady in the film will be the Kriti Sanon. The duo was last seen together on screen in 2019 rom-com 'Luka Chuppi'.

Apart from Kriti, the film will also star Paresh Rawal, Sachin Khedekar, Manisha Koirala and Ronit Roy.

'Shehzada' is set to hit the theatres on November 4, 2022.

Actor Kartik Aryan has a host of films lined up, which include 'Dhamaka', Hansal Mehta's 'Captain India', 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' and 'Freddy'.

On the other hand, Kriti Sanon's upcoming films include 'Hum Do Hamare Do' wth Rajkummar Rao, 'Bachchan Pandey' with Akshay Kumar, 'Bhediya' with Varun Dhawan and 'Adipurush' starring Saif Ali Khan.
