Kartik Aaryan, Aditya Roy Kapur test positive for COVID-19

Actor Kartik Aaryan, who was supposed to travel to Abu Dhabi for the IIFA Awards, shared a health update on his Instagram handle on Saturday. The actor has tested positive for COVID-19 once again. He had earlier contracted the virus in March last year.

In his post, Kartik wrote, 'Sab kuch itna positive chal raha tha, Covid se raha nahi gaya' (All was going fine but Covid couldn't stop itself).

Aditya Roy Kapur has also tested positive for the virus. According to a report in ETimes, the actor has mild symptoms. He was gearing up for the promotion of his forthcoming film 'Om: The Battle Within,' but due to his ill health the promotional schedule of his film will be postponed.

A source told ETimes, 'A big event was scheduled for the film's trailer launch, but with Aditya testing positive, it is likely to be rescheduled.'

On the work front, Kartik Aaryan last featured in the superhit film 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.' His next project is 'Freddy,' co-starring Alaya F.

Upcoming projects of Aditya Roy Kapur include the remake of 'The Night Manager,' a Golden Globe-winning series, and 'Gumraah.'
