Kangana Ranaut hails Babil Khan's film 'Qala'; calls his performance 'terrific'

Actor Kangana Ranaut who recently wrapped up the Assam schedule of her forthcoming film, Emergency' has praised Babil Khan's Netflix film 'Qala' and said, 'Qala' is a great film'.

The 'Queen' actor took to her Instagram stories and wrote, 'Qala is a great film, it's not your usual three-act structure neither is it a literal story of the physical world, it's a metaphorical representation of creative consciousness… watch it with an open mind sit back to let it flow, magic will unfold.'

Praising the film's director Anvita Dutt, she wrote, 'Director of Qala @anvita_dee is one of the greatest creative forces right now. I had the privilege of working with her in my film Queen (@anvita_dee wrote Queen) After a smashing directorial debut #bulbul in her second film as a director. She penetrates into the dreadful depths of the human psyche. And does the unthinkable dances with the demons of desire, hate jealousy, and insecurities.'

The 'Panga' actor called Babil's performance 'terrific'.

Kangana Ranaut has also started shooting for her forthcoming film, 'Chandramukhi 2'. The actor has announced the beginning of the shooting on her Instagram stories, sharing a picture of the clapboard from the movie’s sets the actor wrote, 'Started filming for Chandramukhi 2 today.'

On the work front, apart from 'Emergency', the actor also has 'Tejas' which is scheduled to be released on May 2023.
