Makers of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ are leaving no stone unturned to raise the excitement ahead of the film release. While the trailer of Nag Ashwin directorial will be out tomorrow, film’s leading lady, Deepika Padukone has dropped a new poster ahead of its release.

Giving a glimpse of her character, Deepika Padukone shared a new poster of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. The actor wrote in her caption, “𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐞𝐫. #Kalki2898AD Trailer out Tomorrow.” The poster was also shared by Vyjayanthi Movies on X.

In the poster, Deepika Padukone looks tense and fierce in rugged attire. Her hair looks messy as she looks ahead. Several people can also be seen in the backdrop.

Ranveer Singh reacts to DP’s poster

Ranveer Singh, being the biggest Deepika fan, took to the comments section to express his excitement. Lauding his beloved wife, Ranveer wrote, “Boom. Stunner.” Netizens joined him and praised Deepika Padukone.

Recently, Amitabh Bachchan, who will be seen portraying the character of mythological being Ashwatthama, shared another poster featuring himself. It showed him with a weapon and a divine light flashing on his forehead. Fans will get a further glimpse into the world of Kalki on June 10, when the trailer will be released. According to reports, a grand event is being planned to unveil the trailer.

The Nag Ashwin directorial boasts of a stellar cast. Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani are some of the key stars in the film. The mythological sci-fi drama is produced by Vyjayanthi Movies and will be released on June 27, 2024.
