Kajol joked at Karan Johar for his star kids obsession in a new ad

Filmmaker Karan Johar and Kajol have collaborated once again but this time for a food advertisement. The new video shows the long time friends pulling each other's legs.

Karan is seen trying to prepare a meal for Kajol at his home and he asks her if she'll have soup. She then sarcastically asks if he can make it without star kids.

The filmmaker reminds Kajol she's a star kid too and she brushes off the answer.

For the unversed, Kajol is the daughter of filmmaker Shomi Mukherjee and actor Tanuja.

When Karan finally presents the soup to Kajol, she advises him to make his movies too without star kids.

KJo has launched star kids like Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Ananya Panday and Tiger Shroff. He's often referred to as the flag bearer of nepotism.

Kajol is currently awaiting the release of her next, 'Salaam Venky'. Karan Johar's 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' releases on April 28, 2023.
