Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival is taking place from October 27 to November 5.

The opening ceremony of Jio MAMI Film Festival was held at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center on October 27.

A slew celebrities arrived on the red carpet, dazzling photographers with their fabulous outfits.

Priyanka Chopra, Sonam Kapoor, Karan Johar, Kamal Haasan, Rajkumar Rao and Sunny Leone were part of the ceremony.

Priyanka, who serves as the chairperson of the Mumbai Film Festival, shared images from her photoshoot on Instagram.

Among other attendees were Karisma Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Ekta Kapoor, Tara Sutaria, Avneet Kaur and Palak Tiwari.

The opening film at this Film Festival was Hansal Mehta's The Buckingham Murders, starring Kareena Kapoor.

About MAMI 2023

The opening film for this year's edition of MAMI is Hansal Mehta's detective drama The Buckingham Murders, starring Kareena Kapoor.

Among other films getting screened this year are Aparna Sen's The Rapist, starring Konkona Sensharma and Arjun Rampal, Anurag Kashyap's crime thriller Kennedy, starring Sunny Leone and Rahul Bhat, and Varun Grover's directorial debut All India Rank.

Among the international titles getting screened this year is Bradley Cooper's Maestro.

This year's edition will focus on the cinema of South Asia. The festival will take place from October 27 till November 5.
