'Jee Le Zaraa': Alia Bhatt shares an update on her film, co-starring Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif

Alia Bhatt is busy with the promotions of her maiden production venture ‘Darlings’, which is set to release on Netflix on August 5. During a recent media interaction, the actor put all the rumours around Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ to rest. Over the past few months there has been speculation if the film is happening or not and now, Alia has clarified that the film is happening!! She said, 'We will go on floors next year. Of course, we can not go on the floor this year. We ain't letting that film go. We are fighting for it and we are all too excited about it. It's going to be quite massive and we can't wait.’

Last year, Farhan Akhtar announced on social media his next road-trip-based movie ‘Jee Le Zaraa’, which would feature Alia Bhatt along with Katrina Kaif, and Priyanka Chopra. This announcement sent the internet into a frenzy and fans eagerly await the film's release.

Apart from 'Darlings', Alia Bhatt will be seen in 'Brahmastra' opposite her husband Ranbir Kapoor. She will also feature in Karan Johar's directorial 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' along with Ranveer Singh.
