‘Jawan’ trailer: It’s Shah Rukh Khan vs Vijay Sethupathi in this action-packed film of 'justice & jawan'

The much-awaited trailer of Shah Rukh Khan’s forthcoming movie ‘Jawan’ has been released. This high-octane action thriller outlines the emotional journey of a man who is set to rectify the wrongs in society.

Shah Rukh plays a former soldier, who operates a team of six women, as they pull off different heists around the country. They hijack a metro and Nayanthara, who plays police officer, is put in charge of the case. She asks him what he wants and he names ‘Alia Bhatt’.

Deepika Padukone also makes a fierce special appearance. Vijay Sethupathi appears to play the ‘fourth largest arms dealer in the world’ in the movie.

‘Jawan’ is the first collaboration between director Atlee and Shah Rukh Khan.

Jawan also features Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Girija Oak, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Ridhi Dogra and Sunil Grover, among others. The movie has been produced by Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment. It also features Deepika Padukone's cameo appearance.

The film is set to release in cinemas on September 7 - in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

The Jawan trailer will also be played on the Burj Khalifa on August 31st evening. Shah Rukh has flown to Dubai for the same.
