Sharing a video of fans celebrating the release of 'Jawan', SRK tweeted, ‘Love u boys and girls I hope u enjoy the entertainment. Kept awake to see u go to the theater. Big love and thanks.’

Fans are elated as Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Jawan’ has hit the theatres. Several people assembled outside Mumbai’s iconic Gaiety Galaxy theatre to watch the first day, first show of the movie which was scheduled at 6AM.

They were seen holding banners of ‘Jawan’ and chanting slogans like ‘We love Shah Rukh Khan’ and ‘Bharat ki shaan, Shah Rukh Khan’.

This love by the fans didn't go unnoticed by Shah Rukh, He took to X (formerly Twitter) and thanked the fans for their support and gesture.

‘Love u boys and girls I hope u enjoy the entertainment. Kept awake to see u go to the theater. Big love and thanks,’ the superstar wrote.

‘Jawan’ features Shah Rukh Khan in multiple avatars. The Atlee directorial reportedly revolves around a father-son story with a revenge angle.

Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi also star in the lead role.

Deepika Padukone is making a special appearance in ‘Jawan’, which also features a stellar supporting cast including Priya Mani, Sunil Grover, Sanya Malhotra, Yogi Babu, Riddhi Dogra, and many others, along with some surprise cameos.

The mass actioner is bankrolled by Shah Rukh Khan's home banner, Red Chillies Entertainment.
