‘Jaane Jaan’: Kareena Kapoor’s much-awaited digital debut to release on this date; watch teaser

The teaser of Kareena Kapoor’s much-anticipated digital debut ‘Jaane Jaan’ has been unveiled. The Sujoy Ghosh directorial is an adaptation of the Japanese best-selling novel ‘The Devotion of Suspect X’.

Kareena stars alongside Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat in this crime thriller.

Produced by Jay Shewakramani’s Northern Lights Films and Akshai Puri’s 12th Street Entertainment, the film went on floors 2022 and wrapped up earlier this year.

The film will feature Kareena as a divorced, single mother whose life takes an unexpected turn when her estranged ex-husband reemerges one evening. She is assisted by her neighbour to conceal her husband's murder amidst an ongoing police investigation.

The film is slated to release on Netflix on Kareena’s birthday, September 21.

After ‘Jaane Jaan’, Kareena will be seen in Hansal Mehta thriller that is set in London. It has a working title of ‘The Buckingham Murders’. The movie is still in post-production.

Kareena will also be seen in Rajesh Krishnan's ‘The Crew’ with Tabu and Kriti Sanon. The 'comedy chick-flick heist film' is scheduled for theatrical release on March 22, 2024. The film also stars Diljit Dosanjh in a pivotal role.
