      Renowned actor Shefali Shah recently shared crucial life lessons she imparts to her sons and revealed a distressing incident of street harassment from her youth.

      Stressing the significance of parenting, Shefali emphasized the pivotal role in raising sons with the right values.

      Reflecting on her own experience, she recalled a terrifying incident in a bustling market during her school days, underscoring the widespread issue of street harassment faced by women.

      In her perspective, the safety of daughters is intricately linked to the upbringing of sons.

      She advocates teaching sons to respect others, emphasizing empathy and understanding boundaries.

      Despite her celebrity status, Shefali believes in the universal importance of instilling these values in all children to create a safer society.

      On a professional front, Shefali Shah is basking in the limelight after receiving a nomination for the International Emmy Awards 2023 for her outstanding performance in "Delhi Crime Season 2."

      Expressing her joy, she described the nomination as surreal, acknowledging it as a significant recognition of her work.

      In the acclaimed series, directed by Tanuj Chopra, Shefali portrays the character of DCP Vartika Chaturvedi, alongside notable actors Rajesh Tilang and Rasika Duggal.

      "Delhi Crime" delves into real-life events, specifically focusing on the Delhi Police's investigation into the 2012 Delhi gangrape.

      Notably, the previous season of the series made history as the first Indian web series to win an International Emmy Award, further solidifying Shefali's reputation as a stellar performer.
