Ira Khan-Nupur Shikhare wedding: Jwala Gutta and Vishnu Vishal pose with Aamir Khan at function; see pics

Ira Khan, Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta's daughter, is tying the knot with her longtime boyfriend Nupur Shikhare on January 10 in a grand ceremony in Udaipur. Tamil actor Vishnu Vishal and his wife, former badminton player Jwala Gutta are in the city for the wedding.

Jwala took to X to share some pictures from the festivities in which they are seen posing with Aamir Khan and his son Azad. Jwala also shared an adorable video of Kiran Rao singing for the newlyweds.

Sharing the pictures, Jwala wrote, ‘Udaipur diaries #weddingcelebrations.’

Aamir Khan and Vishnu Vishal seem to have bonded during the Chennai floods. The flood struck the area where Vishnu and Aamir were staying. For many, it was a shocker to see Aamir getting rescued from the flood along with Vishnu.

It is now clear why Vishnu is visibly absent from promoting his upcoming film ‘Lal Salaam’. The actor is busy attending the wedding festivities in Udaipur along with his wife Jwala Gutta.

Nupur Shikhare and Ira Khan registered the marriage on January 3 in the presence of family and friends. Pictures of many celebrities gracing the mehendi ceremony have also gone viral on social media.

On the work front, Vishnu Vishal will next be seen in ‘Lal Salaam’. It has Rajinikanth in an extended cameo and is directed by his elder daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth. The film, which was supposed to be released for Pongal, has been postponed to February 9. Other than Vishnu, the movie also has Vikranth in the lead role. A sports drama, Lal Salaam has music by AR Rahman.

Other than ‘Lal Salaam’, Vishnu has Mohandas in the pipeline. The actor is on a winning streak after the success of ‘FIR’ and ‘Gatta Kusthi’.
