Ira Khan-Nupur Shikhare wedding: Groom-to-be shares romantic post for lady love ahead of their big day

Ira Khan, Aamir Khan and Reena Dutt's daughter, is all set to tie the knot with fitness trainer Nupur Shikhare on January 3. Numerous videos have surfaced online, showing the arrival of close family members at the pre-wedding celebrations. As the thrilled family members become fully involved in the wedding festivities, the couple deeply in love is also experiencing a surge in their excitement levels.

Ahead of their big day, excited groom-to-be took to social media and dropped a romantic post for his lady love. Tagging Ira, he wrote, 'one more day of being your fiancee.'

He wrote, ‘One more day of being your fiancée @khan.ira (accompanied by a red-heart and kiss emoji) I love you so much (accompanied by kiss emojis)’

The post commences with the couple displaying radiant smiles for the camera, and in subsequent pictures, they are seen affectionately gazing at each other. For the occasion, Nupur is elegantly dressed in a red kurta paired with a matching jacket and a safa turban adorned with a golden border, tinted with a hint of yellow. Meanwhile, Ira looks stunning in a red silk saree with a meshy texture, her hair flowing freely.

According to India Today, Ira and Nupur will register their marriage on January 3 and have a grand wedding in Udaipur on January 8. The wedding will be followed by a grand reception in Mumbai on January 13. The starry reception is expected to be attended by the who's who of Bollywood.

The bride-to-be has reportedly declined the traditional gifts to add a more meaningful alternative. It has been shared that for the guests who still wish to express their love through gifts, the star kid has proposed a thoughtful gesture—donate to her NGO, the Agatsu Foundation.

For the unversed, unlike other star kids, Ira Khan stayed away from the limelight and runs an NGO, Agastu which aims at working towards mental health and wellbeing.
