Indian Sports Honour 2023: Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh, Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma walk the red carpet

Several Bollywood stars attended the Indian Sports Honours 2023 in Mumbai on March 23. Star couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma as well as Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and her father, badminton player Prakash Padukone were seen walking the red carpet.

Other celebrities such as Ajay Devgn, Neha Dhupia, Angad Bedi, Abhishek Bachchan, Rhea Chakraborty were also spotted at the event. The stars were present to award the heroes of the sporting world.

Hours after the event, Neha shared a few inside pictures from the event where she interacted with Anushka and Virat.

Sharing a picture on Instagram Stories, she wrote, 'Tonight for the love of sports and these two.' Anushka reshared Neha's post on her Instagram Stories along with a heart emoticon.

On the same day, Anushka and Virat also announced the merger of their respective foundations and launched a new initiative, called SeVVA. In a joint statement, they said, 'In the words of Kahlil Gibran ‘For in truth it is life that gives unto life- while you, who deem yourself a giver, are but a witness’. With this sentiment in mind, we have decided to work together through SeVVA aiming to reach out to as many people as possible. SeVVA’s work won't be confined to a particular issue as it will continue to strive for social good by championing humanity which is the need of the hour today.'
