Hrithik Roshan recalls doctors' warnings: '21-year-old me would be proud'

Actor Hrithik Roshan, who portrays the role of Vedha in the upcoming film 'Vikram Vedha', is known for his dancing and action skills. Hrithik shocked his fans when he revealed that once his doctor told him that he can't dance and do action films because of his health condition.

At the launch event of the first song of his upcoming film, titled 'Alcoholia', he said 'I remember one more thing, when I did Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, doctors had said that my health condition is not so good. That I can’t do action films and dance. I took it as a challenge and I paid attention to my health and fitness and learnt my work. I have done so much work in these years now.'
The 'Kaabil' actor also said that he worked very hard and prioritized his heath to be able to do dance and action films.

Hrithik, who was present at the Mumbai’s iconic Gaiety Galaxy in Bandra, also shared his experience of being recognized by the audience for the first time. He said 'Gaiety is very special. Twenty-two years ago, when Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai had released, I had come for the first day first show. I saw the first show of my first film here at Gaiety, with the audience. And when the film got over and the lights were on, people recognised me and that was the first time I experienced what the love of the audience is.'

'Vikram Vedha' also stars Saif Ali Khan, and Radhika Apte in pivotal roles. It will release in the theatres on September 30.
