‘Game Changer’ song leaked: Makers of Ram Charan-Kiara Advani starrer take legal action

Ram Charan and Kiara Advani’s forthcoming film ‘Game Changer’ made headlines after a 30-second audio clip of the one the movie’s song was leaked online.

The makers are upset and have filed an FIR against the leak of the song ‘Jaragandi Jaragandi’.

Sri Venkateswara Creations, the production house backing the film, took to X (formerly Twitter) on September 16 to share that a criminal case has been filed against the song’s leak.

They shared the FIR copy and court notice sheet with the caption, ‘A criminal case has been filed under IPC 66(C) against the people who leaked the contents of our film #GameChanger. We request you to refrain from spreading the inferior quality content which has been illegally leaked.’

A short audio clip of the film’s song was leaked on social media on September 15 and it soon went viral.

The shooting of ‘Game Changer’ is going on in Chennai, and according to the rumours the song’s leak could have happened from there.

A while back, some pictures were also leaked from the shooting of the film which showed Kiara Advani in a thigh-high black dress standing on a beach and featured Ram Charan in a black coat and white pants, surrounded by crew members.

A copyright notice was reportedly issued to those who shared the pictures and they had to remove them.

‘Game Changer’ will mark filmmaker S Shankar’s Telugu directorial debut. Besides Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, the cast of the film includes Anjali, SJ Suryah, Jayaram Sunil, Srikanth, Samuthirakani and Nassar.

The producers of the film are Dil Raju and Sirish for Sri Venkateswara Creations. Thaman S is handling the music in the film.
