'Farzi' teaser: Shahid Kapoor turns artist and talks about 'new phase' of his life in his OTT debut

Actor Shahid Kapoor is back on the screen with a bang and is soon going to make his OTT debut with a web series titled ‘Farzi’. The 'Kabir Singh' actor dropped an update about the upcoming drama-thriller on Wednesday.

Shahid took to Instagram and posted the teaser of the show. In the teaser, he can be seen painting a piece of artwork and asking the viewers, "A new phase of my life. Will people like it?" He wraps up the video with a cryptic note, saying, "But an artist is an artist. Isn’t it?" Later, after giving a wink to his fans, he walks away, while the words Farzi appear on his canvas.

The teaser soon went viral on the Internet and left fans amazed. One user took to the comment box and wrote "Can't wait" along with a heart emoji while another user loved Shahid in the teaser and wrote, "A Perfectionist always remains a perfectionist."

'Farzi' is helmed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. Shahid Kapoor plays the lead role in the drama-thriller. It also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Raashi Khanna, Kay Kay Menon, Kubbra Sait among others in pivotal roles
