A photo of legendary actor Mithun Chakraborty from a hospital went viral on social media. The actor is seen sleeping on the hospital bed. He has an army of fans and well-wishers across the globe and this picture got his fans worried.

In an exclusive conversation with Editorji, Mithun Chakraborty’s son Namashi Chakraborty gives an update about the actor’s health. Namashi says, 'Daddy is absolutely fine. I know that his picture became viral, which created a panic situation. There is nothing to worry about. All is well. Dad was admitted last week and is discharged now. Dad is fine and is resting. He has kidney stone, for which we have to do a laser surgery. I think we will be doing this in the next two days. One shouldn’t say this, but the people in the hospital have put the pictures without asking (us). Dad was taking rest and was sleeping, and these people clicked his photograph without asking.'

On the work front, Mithun Chakraborty was last seen in the film ‘The Kashmir Files’. He was also one of the judges in the TV reality show ‘Hunarbaaz: Desh Ki Shaan’. And as for Namashi Chakraborty, he will be soon making his Bollywood debut with ‘Bad Boy’.
