Director Karan Malhotra reacts to the leaking of Ranbir Kapoor’s look from the upcoming film ‘Shamshera’

Yesterday (June 18), the internet was on fire as Ranbir Kapoor’s look from his upcoming film ‘Shamshera’ got leaked. Those who saw Ranbir’s fierce look from the film, just could not stop praising him and his character.

In an interview with ANI, director Karan Malhotra said that he was just happy that the fans of Ranbir Kapoor were loving his look and also the poster of ‘Shamshera’. He revealed that they wanted to start their campaign mid-next week, but it looked like fans couldn’t wait for them to begin.

He added that he didn’t want to blame them (the fans) as they had waited for too long. He continued that since Ranbir was returning to the cinemas after 4 years, it was difficult to control the excitement.

Besides ‘Shamshera’, Ranbir will be seen with Alia Bhatt in the much-awaited ‘Brahmastra’. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni in pivotal roles. Besides this, Ranbir Kapoor will also be seen with Shraddha Kapoor in Luv Ranjan's untitled film.
